Q3: Can I customize the inductance value, DC resistance (DCR), leakage inductance and insulation voltage?
A: All electrical parameters can be adjusted. We offer inductance tolerances of ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%; we use multi-strand Litz wire to reduce DC resistance and heat generation; we control leakage inductance for high-frequency transformers; the insulation withstand voltage can be selected from 1kV to 5kV. 
Q4: Can I customize the pin type, wire length and installation structure?
A: Yes. We support vertical/horizontal through-hole, SMD base, extended leads, custom wire color, insulating sleeves, vacuum impregnation, epoxy resin casting, metal shielding casings, and customer-specific part number silk-screening, etc.

Q7: What tests will be conducted before shipment? Can test reports be provided?
A: 100% comprehensive inspections will be carried out for inductance, DC resistance, withstand voltage, on-off capability and appearance; sampling inspections will be conducted for aging, high and low temperature cycling, salt spray, and vibration. Corresponding quality inspection reports for each batch of goods can be attached. The complete inspection data for long-term cooperative customers will be archived for a long time.

A: All series of magnetic core materials can be selected: manganese-zinc ferrite and nickel-zinc materials are suitable for high-frequency scenarios; iron-silicon-aluminum and iron powder cores are used for large current inductors; cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are used for low-frequency transformers.
