The flat winding has a higher current density, lower DCR and excellent heat dissipation performance. It is specifically designed to suppress common-mode interference on the power line. Its features include a 1:1 symmetrical winding, low leakage flux, strong common-mode suppression effect, and the flat line structure is suitable for high-current scenarios.

Core advantages of SQ inductor
1. The SQ closed square magnetic core structure has low leakage flux and strong suppression capability for common-mode noise, making it easier to pass EMC tests.
2. The flat copper wire winding has a much higher current density than traditional round wires, resulting in lower temperature rise under high current conditions.
3. The extremely low DC resistance (DCR) reduces copper loss and improves the overall efficiency of the power supply.
4. The 1:1 symmetrical design of the winding results in small differential-mode imbalance and stable filtering performance.
5. The PC40 ferrite magnetic core has low high-frequency loss and can suppress common-mode interference over a wide frequency range.
