           The core ei bridge transformer is a 50Hz/60Hz lead type low-frequency power conversion component. It is equipped with an integrated dual-ear fixed bridge installation base, suitable for direct locking assembly with chassis, control cabinets, and cable trays. The product uses standard high-magnetic-permeability oriented silicon steel sheets to stack and form an EI core. It has low magnetic loss and small no-load current. The primary and secondary coils inside are separated by flame-retardant frames, and the windings use high-purity enameled copper wires. The outer layer is fully covered with multiple layers of mala insulating tape. The entire machine undergoes high-temperature vacuum immersion and drying treatment, ensuring the coils are compact and not loose, and the insulation and withstand voltage performance are excellent.
The entire machine is equipped with color-coded lead-out wires, with different colored wires (such as red, blue, and black) distinguishing the input and output terminals.
